On the 26th I was lucky enough to be in attendance at Holystone Distilling for their Grand Opening after party. It was quiet the shindig, but I guess it would have to be to do justice to their incredible grape based vodka and Bosun's Navy Strength gin. With an absinthe offering on the horizon the future of distilling in Utah just got A little more interesting.
